In September and October 2013 the children in the senior room researched their family trees. We used the 1911 census and in some cases we were even able to find family members from the 1901 census. It was very interesting to see who lived in the different houses and whether they could read or write. We also learned about the different occupations people had and the types of houses they lived in.
